Partners in Combine guide
How to combine PDF files into one
Choose separate PDF files, put them in the right order and make one attachment without uploading the documents to us.
Combine your PDFs in three steps
Step 1
Choose PDFs
Pick two or more PDF files from your device.
Step 2

Move whole files up or down. Their pages stay in their original order.
Step 3
Save or share
Combine the files, check the result, then save it or share it on supported devices.
What you see before merging
The file list shows the exact whole-file order. You can add more PDFs, remove one or move a file up or down before choosing Combine PDFs.

Questions about merging PDFs
How do I merge multiple PDFs into one?
Choose at least two PDFs, arrange the files from top to bottom, select Combine PDFs, then check and save the generated PDF.
Can I change the PDF order?
Yes. Use Move up and Move down before combining. This version moves whole files and keeps the pages inside each file in their original order.
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Document contents and filenames are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to Partners in Combine. The hosting provider still receives ordinary website request data when it delivers the page.
Can I combine scanned PDFs?
Yes, ordinary image-only scanned PDFs are supported. This tool combines existing PDFs; it does not scan paper, run OCR or turn photos into PDFs.
Can I merge PDFs on a phone?
The web tool is designed for phone and desktop browsers. Save PDF remains available as a fallback. File sharing appears only when the current device and browser say it is supported.
Which PDFs are not supported?
Password-protected PDFs and PDFs containing forms, signatures, annotations, links, bookmarks, embedded attachments or accessibility tags are rejected. See Help for the full current boundary.
